Returns and Refunds
Our primary goal is to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their shopping experience and the products they choose. We greatly value your trust and strive to make your shopping process as simple and convenient as possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer flexible and transparent return policies.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
According to Section 12, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law (PTAL), consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception applies.
2. Condition of Goods and Packaging
All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and intact packaging. Items that are damaged, not in their original condition, or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized items made to order;
- Personal hygiene products if their packaging has been opened (e.g., toothbrushes, pacifiers, teething toys, disposable materials, etc.);
- Underwear, socks, and tights if their packaging has been opened;
- Other items that are non-returnable in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
4. Return Conditions
In case of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller before returning the goods. Only after this step should the Buyer complete the Withdrawal Form and send it electronically to the email: [email protected].

5. Refunds
If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, they are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the item to the Seller unless the Seller has agreed to cover these costs. The Seller will refund the purchase amount to the Buyer no later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice is received.
